OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK CITY COUNCIL
Tuesday,June 9th,2026

1. CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Sanborn called the special meeting to order at 4:31 p.m., which was legally noticed on
June 4th, 2026.
Council Present: Emily Sanborn, Mayor
Jackie Elward, Vice Mayor(arrived at 4:33 p.m.)
Susan H. Adams, Councilmember
Gerard Giudice, Councilmember
Samantha Rodriguez, Councilmember(arrived at 4:38 p.m.)
Staff present: City Manager Piedra, City Attorney Kenyon, Deputy City Attorney
Widgerow, Public Works Hendersen, Cortney Bowser, Management Analyst II, and City
Clerk Lopez Cuevas.
2. CLOSED SESSION
A. Public Comments: None.
B. Mayor Sanborn made the closed session announcement pursuant to Government Code
§54957.7 and Council recessed to Closed Session at 4:31 p.m. to consider: Existing
Litigation in the matters of City of Camden, et al. v. 3M Co., Case No. 2:23-cv-03147-
RMG; and City of Camden, et al., v. E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company, et al.,No.
2:23-cv-03230-RMG U.S. District Court South Carolina; consolidated into In Re:
Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability Litigation, Multidistrict Litigation Case
No. MDL 2:18-mn-02873-RMG(Class Actions).
City Clerk Lopez Cuevas departed the meeting at 4:31 p.m.
C. Mayor Sanborn reconvened the open session at 5:20 p.m. in Conference Room 2.A. and
stated there was no reportable action.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sanborn adjourned the special meeting a 5:20 p.m.
