A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK ADOPTING FEES FOR THE
MAILING AND DUPLICATION OF CITY COUNCIL AGENDA PACKETS
WHEREAS, due to budget cuts in city operations, it is necessary to recover the
costs associated with mailing and duplication of City Council agenda packets;
WHEREAS, the City of Rohnert Park has evaluated its costs to mail and duplicate
City Council Agenda packets and has determined that the following fees shall be
implemented:
Agendas only: $40.00 annually
Agendas and Minutes: $80.00 annually
Agendas, Memorandums and Minutes: $90.00 annually
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Rohnert
Park authorizes the City Manager to implement the new City Council agenda packet fees
and to adjust the fees to reflect future increases in the City's cost to purchase postage,
paper, and duplication services.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2002.

NOTICE OF NEW FEES
The Rohnert Park City Council, at its meeting of May 14, 2002, approved fees for the mailing
and duplication of City Council agenda packets by the adoption of Resolution No. 2002-83.
Due to the high cost involved in providing City Council Meeting materials, the City of Rohnert
Park has found it necessary to charge for this service.
As of July 1, 2002, the City of Rohnert Park will commence charging annual fees as listed:
Agendas only: $40.00 annually (pro -rated to $20.00 for the remainder of the 2002
calendar year)
Agendas and Minutes: $80.00 annually (pro -rated to $40.00 for the remainder of the
2002 calendar year)
Agendas, Memorandums, and Minutes: $90.00 annually (pro -rated to $45.00 for the
remainder of the 2002 calendar year)
To subscribe to this service, please fill out the form attached to this letter. Forms will be
available at City Hall for future subscriptions and may be obtained upon request.
Agendas, Memorandums, and Minutes for current meetings are available at City Hall prior to
each meeting at no charge. Posted copies of the current agenda are also available for viewing at
the following locations:

➢ Community Center, 5401 Snyder Lane
➢ Public Safety Building, 500 City Hall Drive
➢ Senior Center, 6800 Hunter Drive
