Manual Brake Test Hold brake down for 1 minute. No more than 3 psi lost over 1 minute. Low Air Pressure Warning Signal Pump brake, low air warning signal should come on between 55 and 75 psi. Spring Brake Automatically Applies Continue to pump brake, Spring Brake should automatically apply between 20 and 55 psi. Fill tanks at Idle RPMS Start engine and watch that low air alarm goes off at approximately the same psi that it went off at. Air Pressure Buildup Tanks should fill from 90 to 110 psi in less than one minute. Air Compressor Governor Cut-Out Air pressure buildup should cut-out under 130 psi (Tanks stop filling, Audible sound).
