Statement:
I was sitting on my porch having my coffee when I looked down. I saw the boy stopped right there
(pointing to the north limit line). He started to go out from the turn lane and was almost halfway I heard
skid marks and then the car hit him. It was so scary, he flew up in the air as the car was skidding. The
car was the blue one right there and she was the driver (pointing to Cardholder). The lady standing next
to the blue car got out of the driver seat and ran over to the kid. She was screaming, “I’m screwed,
someone call the police.” It was weird that she left the kid and went back to her car. From where I was,
it looked like she was brushing her teeth. I saw her spit some white stuff out of her mouth in the bushes
over there. Then she went back to the car and reached in the back seat and grabbed what looked like a
bottle. I’m not sure why but she put it in the bushes over there.
