FF provides direction to engine to advance “GO”.  Engine proceeds to objective <5 mph.  Hydrant and supply hose connected, to the largest hydrant connection. Sets traffic cones.  ENG requests water by direct visual hand signals, air horn or direct radio communications.  Request for water acknowledged by FF “WATER COMING” & hydrant opened slowly.  CAPT dons SCBA and obtains the TIC, completes a 360 of the fire building and provides the IC with vital 200'X1.75" fire information.  FF advances toward the Engine, with hydrant tools, removes any supply hose kinks, reports to CAPT. FF provides direction to engine to advance “GO”. Engine proceeds to water supply <5 mph.  Engine arrives at water supply, ENG exits, obtains supply hose and tools, makes hydrant connection. Connects the supply hose to the LDD of the apparatus.  CAPT assembles the Blitz device and secured it to the supply hose.  FF advances and places Blitz in position for deployment.  ENG charges the supply hose upon hearing “WATER” and acknowledges “WATER COMING”.  CAPT and FF operate the Blitz as needed.  Engineer operates pump. FF provides direction to engine to advance “GO”.  Engine proceeds to objective <5 mph.  Engine stops at objective, ENG brake set, pump engages, wheel chock, connects supply hose to inlet.  FF proceeds to Engine, moves supply hose off to side of driveway, dons SCBA.  CAPT dons SCBA and obtains the TIC, completes a 360 of the fire building and provides the IC with vital fire information.  CAPT or FF pulls, flakes and advances 1.75” attack hose to objective point, request charging of attack hose “WATER”.  Engine ENG acknowledges by “WATER COMING” , supplies correct psi as per GPM "  Water Tender arrives (Nurse Tender), ENG brake set, pump engage, wheel chock, connects supply hose to 5 discharge.  ENG requests water by direct visual hand signals, air horn or direct radio communications. 7 .  WT ENG acknowledges by “WATER COMING” , supplies correct psi as per GPM. FF provides direction to engine to advance “GO”.  Traffic cones, hydrant wrench, adaptors as needed  Engine proceeds to water supply <5 mph.  Engine arrives at water supply, ENG exits, obtains supply hose and tools, makes hydrant connection.  Connects the supply hose to the LDD of the apparatus.  Truck FF connects the supply hose directly to the ladder pipe inlet.  Upon completion of aerial MS set up, Truck ENG notifies the Engine ENG “WATER” by direct hand signals or radio communications  Engine ENG acknowledged by “WATER COMING” and LDD opened slowly.  Engine FF advances toward the Engine, returns hydrant tools to engine, removes any supply hose kinks.  Engine ENG operates pump to gain 100 NP at MS.  Truck FF dons SCBA, advances up aerial to operate MS. Direct to the Ladder Pipe 200'X4" Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety FIRE DIVISION  Truck spotted at objective  ENG prepares for aerial operations  Brake set, Aerial power, Wheel Chock, Obtains an SCBA,  Ladder placed to the roof  FF obtains and dons a rescue harness and EMS equipment., advances to CAPT Ascends the ladder to victim with EMS equipment, conducts assessment,  ENG lowers ladder to ground.  CAPT installs the lifting bar, attaches the FF and EMS equipment to the lifting bar.  Upon FF direction, ENG operates the ladder toward the victim, FF detaches from lifting bar, conducts a medical assessment., determines non-ambulatory victim, request litter.  ENG returns the ladder to the CAPT, CAPT rigs the litter. nd  2 FF dons a rescue harness, advances to CAPT nd  CAPT attaches the litter and 2 FF to lifting bar. nd  Upon direction from the 2 FF, ENG operates the ladder toward the victim location.  Both FF’s, secure the victim into the litter (waist and chest harness with lashing or seatbelts). st  1 FF accompanies the litter/victim to the ground. CAPT disconnects the FF and litter. nd  ENG returns lifting bar to 2 FF, attaches to lifting bar, returned to the ground. A BREAK  FF dons a rescue harness and obtains EMS equipment.  ENG rigs the one rope lowering system.  FF attaches to the lowering system. ENGINE  CAPT conducts a safety inspection.  FF is lowered to objective, lowering system is secured.  ENG and CAPT convert the lowering system to a 3:1 haul system.
